Chief Executive Officer Oday Lavergne, founder and CEO of Agilus Health and a Physical Therapist since 1978. Oday is certified in Functional Nutrition for chronic pain and in dry needling.

Julie Lavergne, PT
Co-Founder Julie Lavergne, co-owner of Agilus, is a Physical Therapist who also holds the designation of ADAPT Trained Practitioner from Kresser Institute, the only Functional Medicine and Ancestral Health Training Company.

Charlotte G. Merrill DNP, FNP-C
Family Nurse Practitioner Dr. Charlotte Merrill, DNP, FNP-C is the “in-house” Nurse Practitioner at Agilus Health that patients just can’t help but love! From her 33 years of experience in medicine to her unique and caring method of care, we are confident you’ll leave happy with your experience!

Scott Kelley PT, DPT, CERT. DN, CERT. SMT, DIP. OSTEOPRACTOR
Lead Physical Therapist Scott is our lead therapist and directs our team of therapist assistants and support personnel. Scott is also our Director of Clinical Education and oversees the clinical training of physical therapy students from various schools around the country.

Brynn Feeley, DPT
Dr. Brynn Feeley is originally a native of Homer Glen, IL, a southwest suburb of Chicago. She received her B.S in Exercise Science and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Saint Louis University. Dr. Feeley enjoys holistically treating the body head to toe, but has particular interest in the anatomy of the pelvis. She enjoys working with people with various bladder, bowel and sexual dysfunction due to impairments in the pelvic floor muscles. She has advanced trainings in treating pelvic health conditions from the APTA Academy of Pelvic Health Physical Therapy as well as her certification in Dry Needling and certification

Adam Babb, DPT
Dr. Adam Babb grew up in a small southern Illinois town just outside of St. Louis, Missouri. He completed his B.S in Exercise Science and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Saint Louis University. As a movement expert, Dr. Babb combines exercise with manual techniques and nutrition to treat pain and impairments from head to toe. He has a particular interest in working with those who experience headaches. He has a certification in Dry Needling and certification in Functional Nutrition for Chronic Pain. In his free time, Dr. Babb enjoys fishing, bowling, and playing Mario Kart. Dr. Babb is also known for

Gabe Bordelon PTA
Physical Therapy Assistant Gabe has been practicing since 2004. Gabe received his training while serving in the U.S. Navy. He has served Our Honorable Veterans of Bethesda Naval Hospital, Little Creek Virginia Beach, and aboard USS Harry S. Truman.

Occupational Medicine Physician Dr. Robert Rush is the only board-certified Occupational Medicine Physician in our entire area. Dr. Rush is also Board Certified in Bariatrics, on the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners, and is a Fellow of The American Academy of Family Physicians.
